Irina's entire career has been in public accounting. She spent the first fifteen years of her career at Arthur Andersen, LLP where she was a principal in the Metro New York Tax and Business Advisory practice. After Andersen, she joined a local public accounting firm specializing in tax services for high net worth individuals and families. In July 2005, she founded Vista Tax Group, LLC where she continues to service her clients. Forming her own firm has given her the opportunity to implement a high standard of client service for the entire practice.

Over the years, Irina has assisted clients in various aspects of tax and financial planning, including involvement in all financial matters such as cash management, wealth preservation and transactional advice.

Irina graduated Magna Cum Laude from Rutgers College with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. She is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New Jersey and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Laura's career began in public accounting. She spent the first four years of her career at Arthur Andersen, LLP where she was a Senior Associate in the Metro New York Tax and Business Advisory practice. After Andersen, she joined the private industry where she spent four years working on corporate tax accounting, compliance, research and analysis. In July 2005, she co-founded Vista Tax Group, LLC where she services corporate clients, family businesses and individual clients.

Laura graduated Magna Cum Laude from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. She also has a Masters in Taxation from Seton Hall University. She is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New Jersey and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
